Ann Marie (Owner) After having been a hair stylist for eight years and a salon owner for three, I feel that complacency is the enemy. As a salon owner I’ve worked hard to create cohesion amongst all the staff, we are all truly a team. Which is a rarity in a salon and something almost tangible upon walking thru our doors. The level of service you will find here is unparalleled to any other. Even as an owner I could never give up working behind the chair. I love to push my guests to try new cutting or coloring techniques. I believe we should all be in a constant state of evolution.  Abbe (Stylist) Abbe has been a hair stylist for eighteen years. She has extensive training and expertise in men’s, women’s, and children’s cutting techniques. Proficiency in color formulation and foil placement gives Abbe an edge in color service creativity. Texture waving is also another area in which she excels. Abbe focuses on a thorough consultation with each guest, which guarantees a custom look. Cassie (Assistant Manager/Stylist) Cassie graduated from the Cosmetology and Spa Institute in 2005. She has a huge passion for what she does. She loves meeting new people and making them feel better about themselves. Cassie enjoys doing new and creative color along with cutting to create a new image for her clients. She also enjoys special occasion up-do’s, and facial waxing.  Kelly (Stylist) Kelly has recently relocated to the Chicago land area in 2006. The previous ten years were spent as a hairstylist in eastern Iowa. Kelly has eleven years of experience under her shears and continues to strive to be the best hair stylist she can be. Kelly is always eager to attend continuing education classes, to stay current with the new trends. Kelly is an experienced colorist specializing in Logics, Socolor, Redken and RUSK. She loves creating unique looks using color and foiling techniques. Shaping eyebrows, cold smoothing and text waves are also areas of her expertise. Providing each guest with his or her best personal design is Kelly’s promise. Kristine (Manager/Stylist) Kristine has been doing hair for 6 years since she graduated from Arlington Academy. In Addition to doing hair Kristine has been Managing Salon Glow for 3 years. She has been trained with Matrix, Redken, and RUSK color lines. Kristine loves to learn the latest trends and bring them back into the salon. Kristine caters to men, women, and children. She enjoys working in the hair industry and expressing her creativity. Laura (Stylist) Laura has been doing hair for 28 years. She enjoys customizing cuts and styles for men, women, and children. Laura loves staying on top of all the latest hair trends through her conditioning education classes. Texture control is a specialty whether it be through perming or cold smoothing. She also has advanced training in Goldwell, Redken and RUSK color. Laura firmly believes in teaching all of her guest’s home hair care, so they can keep their hair looking shiny, healthy and great. Liz (Nail Technician) Liz has been doing nails for 5 years, and has become a master nail technician through creative. She specializes in manicures and pedicure as well as Gel and Acrylic nails.   Michelle (Stylist) Michelle has been working in the hair industry for 12 years. She has experience working with Goldwell, Redken, and is currently working with RUSK color. She attended the Gramm Webb Academy and is always updating her education by extra training to keep up with all of the latest trends and techniques. Michelle also does facial waxing, eyebrow shaping, relaxers, permanent straightening and Tresallore extensions. She is very knowledgeable about curly hair. She is exceptional with special occasion hairstyling and specializes in bridal updo’s. Michelle has worked with three make-up lines in the past and is now using Mirabella. She works well with all hair types on men, women, and children. Penny (Nail Technician) More information on Penny’s experience will be available soon!       Sara (Stylist) Sara has been in the hair industry for 4 years and has worked as a RUSK designer (educator) for 2 years. She Specializes in custom color, cutting, waxing, and Hairlocs Extensions. Sara also travels the world sharing the newest trends with stylists and participates in hair shows.
