Appointments Appointments can be taken at the request of any of our guests. We would prefer our guests show up a few minutes before their services. For a stylist preference you may want to call ahead or use our online appointment form, however, we also welcome walk-ins. We require a 24 hour notice for a cancellation if at all possible. Please do not use the online appointment form for cancellations - call the salon during business hours. We ask that our guests please be courteous to their stylist and other Salon Glow guests. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please call the salon so we can accommodate your needs accordingly. To help keep our guests on track a confirmation call will be given within 24 hours of your appointment. Cell Phones Please silence your cell phones so that ever guests experience at Salon Glow can be relaxing and pleasant.  Children We welcome children supervised by the adult they are accompanied with. Due to the hot irons and sharp objects we ask all children are kept a close eye on. We also ask they don’t play on our hydraulic chairs for their own safety.  Payment Options We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as Salon Glow Gift cards. In the event that a check is returned we require for the guest to pay for the original amount plus the processing fees. Pricing Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Privacy At Salon Glow all of our guests information is confidential. Returns If a guest makes a retail purchase from Salon Glow we are more than happy to return or exchange the products within a timely manor.
